What is Integrated Age Management
Integrated age management utilizes a comprehensive approach to age-related care. State of the art medical and cosmetic treatments are used to provide relief from the effects of aging, both internal and external. Optimal aging medicine is founded on the principles of early detection and prevention of disease, as well as treating age-related deficits using scientifically based medicine. The goal is to keep people healthy, active, vital, and looking their best as they grow older.

Internal
Comprehensive body analysis and testing designed to optimize your natural longevity and healthy active span of life is performed.

External
Cosmetic skin care treatments that provide nourishing medication deep into the skin without needles.
Wrinkle fat and cellulite reduction treatments.

The battle against aging isn't only cosmetic skincare, but includes lifestyle and medical treatments that play a major role in how you look and feel. True beauty comes from within and radiates out.
Dr. Borgardt is setting the standard for Optimal Aging Medicine in our community.

Philosophy

Aging occurs because of environmental, nutritional, and genetic factors, as well as a decline in naturally occurring substances within the body. Every client receives an initial consultation with Dr. Borgardt to assess their needs and expectations. Referrals to specialists in plastic surgery, dermatology, and other specialties are done as needed. Dr. Borgardt works in conjunction with the patient's primary care physician and other specialists. Optimal aging evaluations are more comprehensive including a physical examination, a state-of-the-art physiologic evaluation, and an extensive blood analysis is performed. An individual treatment plan is then developed which includes diet, exercise, vitamins, supplements, and hormones if indicated. Managing the effects of aging requires a comprehensive approach designed to optimize natural longevity, and maximize a person's healthy active span of life.
